Se llama una “chorreador”
Ticos take café chorreado, which means, well, there’s not a direct translation, but the word chorreado comes from the verb chorrear, which translates roughly to “to drip”. So it is drip-coffee! The wooden frame that you see is called a chorreador, a dripper 😉
The woman on the right is Flor, the owner of the house where we took our class. In the middle is Shirley, a family friend, and on the left is Daphne.
